I am new to machine embroidery, how can i use the design ?

You will need to have an embroidery machine to be able to stitch the design you purchased. You will be able to download the file with the design once purchase and payment are complete.

The files come in zipped format so when you download the file you will need to unzip it on your computer. If you need help unzipping your files use a search engine and search for “how to unzip a .zip file”.

Once unziped, you will have inside the different sizes folders. In every one of them you have 9 different embroidery format which suit most of the embrodery machine.

Choose the size you want, the embroidery format you need and put that file in your embroidery machine with an usb flash drive. Once that is done you will be able to stitch it ! :)



Where can i find size information, stitch count or color chart?
You can find the details like exact size, stitch count and color chart on the technical document. This document can be viewed within the listings description and in the downloaded file in PDF format (if maybe you want to print it).



Can i resize or alter a font/design i purchased?
We don't recommand it! Resizing the original design may occur some stitch losses and deformations. This can not be prevented because it is calculated by your editing program.

Due to this concept, we cannot guarantee the quality of the design once it's been altered by you or someone else. So if you want different sizes or format files feel free to contact us :)



How can i download my purchase?
If you visit the page "Purchases" on your Etsy account, you can see the zip folders and download it as you wish. But if you still have problem, please write us your email address and we will send the files at this email address manually.



Can i use these designs for physical merchandise?
Resale of physical merchandise created by using our designs is PERMITTED for small businesses.

Resale or sharing of the embroidery design is strictly FORBIDDEN.

We do recommend to stitch a new design always on a piece of fabric rather than a finished product, while stitching for the first time.



Why do i have stitching problems?
Feel free to write us and send us an image, if you have any stitching problems. Your happiness means a lot for us. So we are here to help you.

Please keep in mind these which may cause stitching problems:

1. Design Resizing or Alterations (you need to avoid resizing and be careful about alterations)

2. Fabric choice (Our designs are digitized for and tested with middle-weight cotton fabrics. Fabrics of different kinds and weights may give different results)

3. Stabilizer choice (you need to use appropriate stabilizer for your fabric)

4. Improper hooping (pls make sure you hoop the fabric properly (not too loose or not too tight)

5. Machine Settings (thread tension, bobbin placement, machine threading or wrong needle choice, etc).
